We’ve received notice that for an anticipated period of 5 weeks from 15th September half of the Islington section (in the vicinity of Mount View Road Bridge) will be closed off and a considerable detour will be in place. This is due to essential maintenance works being carried out by Islington Council to secure the integrity of the bridge.
Visitors travelling towards Finsbury Park must leave the path at Crouch Hill and rejoin at Blythwood Road and visa versa for those travelling from Finsbury Park.
